It’s okay to change your mind! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at jennifer@dluxdesignandco.com within 14 days of receiving your products.

-Returns are processed back onto the original method of payment (less shipping).

-Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, incorrect or defective.

-A full refund will be provided to you within 5 business days of us receiving the returned products, in the same condition that you received it.

-The shipper is responsible for costs associated with returning the item.
