This main floor renovation saw a transformation of its floor plan to better accommodate the lovely backyard views of the property. It was a priority to create living spaces that could accommodate both entertaining and casual family gatherings with ease. The addition of a bedroom and ensuite with access to a light-filled sunroom also enhanced the use of this spacious main floor. The family heirlooms and diverse artwork curated over the years by the client added beautiful depth and richness to this project.
