East St. Paul

Welcome to our East St. Paul Renovation. This home is situated on a beautiful picturesque property, and though the structure of the house was solid, the interior was outdated in its finishing and details. To better suit the clients’ needs, we reworked the floor plan of the main level to include a full walk-in pantry off the kitchen and a much expanded primary suite. Overall, the focus for finishing was on warmth and a modern aesthetic but with classic details such as the marble fireplace surround, brass floor thresholds and plaster wall textures. The final result was a main floor that feels incredibly welcoming and well-appointed for our wonderful clients and their guests.
