Countryside Timber Estate
Our clients came to us wanting to create a private country oasis on their wooded property. With a love of antiques and collectibles, our client wanted to build the house around these items and create moments throughout the home that let these pieces shine. We started the design process by creating an in-depth catalogue of all the important pieces of furniture and started to build around them. Antique doors created the entrance into a serene office space, a vintage church pew found the perfect home in the front entry, and the double sided fireplace mantel became the home of a curated ink pot collection. We carried a soft color palette throughout the home with the use of warm woods in both the cabinetry & timber details and brought in hints of colour and black to contrast against the warm white tones. With the use of statement tile in both the kitchen & laundry room, we created unique and livable spaces throughout the home.
